Section 80 Kendrick Mixtape Era Sweatshirt

We designed this one specifically for the TDE day-ones. Capturing Kendrick during the legendary Section 80 run, the artwork leans heavily into that gritty, grounded mixtape aesthetic. Think muted tones, raw typography, and the distinct conscious rap energy of 2011. It’s a direct nod to the era that shifted hip-hop culture forever, capturing a hungry artist right before global superstardom.

Whether you're heading to a show or just kicking it with the crew, this piece speaks volumes without you having to say a word. It’s the kind of streetwear that gets you genuine nods from people who actually know their music history. You aren't just throwing on a graphic; you're representing a cultural shift.

We made sure this gear feels as authentic as the artwork. The standard short-sleeve tees and tank tops are cut from incredibly soft, ring-spun cotton that drapes perfectly for a relaxed, true-to-size retail fit, while the hoodies and sweatshirts pack a plush, medium-heavy fleece interior that feels instantly cozy when the temperature drops. The printing process ensures the ink binds directly to the fibers, meaning you won't deal with stiff, peeling graphics after a few trips through the wash. Beyond the heavy-hitter apparel sizing for adults, youth, kids, and toddlers, MARKETEES also dropped this iconic artwork on durable ceramic mugs, gallery-grade canvas wraps, high-res posters, and heavy-duty vinyl stickers, letting you rep the Section 80 aesthetic your own way.
