Due to the custom-printed and limited-edition nature of our products, all sales are final. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.


1. All Sales Are Final

  • 🖨️ Custom Printing: Every tee, hoodie, and sweatshirt is made-to-order, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

  • 🔒 Limited Editions: Once a design is sold out, it’s gone forever—we can’t remake or replace it.

Before You Order:

  • 📏 Double-Check Sizes: Use our size chart (available on every product page).

  • 🎨 Review Design Details: Zoom in on product images and read descriptions thoroughly.


2. Need to Change Your Order?

  • ⏰ Deadline: Request changes within 1 hour of purchase.

  • ❗ No Guarantees: Changes are subject to production status. Once printing starts, we can’t modify/cancel orders.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items? We’ve Got You Covered!

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, follow these steps:

  1. Report Within 30 Days: Email us at [email protected] with:

    • 📸 Photos of the issue (item + packaging).

    • 📦 Order number.

  2. We’ll Investigate: Our team will respond within 48 hours.

  3. Solution Options:

    • 🔄 Replacement: Free reshipment (if available).

    • 💸 Refund: Issued if replacement isn’t possible.


4. Non-Qualifying Issues

We cannot accept returns for:

  • 🙅♀️ Buyer’s remorse (e.g., “I don’t like the color”).

  • 📏 Incorrect size chosen by the customer.

  • 🖼️ Minor design variations (colors may differ slightly from screen to print).


5. Shipping Costs

  • 🚚 Returns: Customers cover return shipping unless the error is ours.

  • 📦 Replacements: We pay shipping for verified damaged/incorrect orders.
